Examples include business development / value creation, process improvements, benefits realization, restructuring and turnarounds. We offer targeted projects, management for hire and board positions. Investments: We invest in software and services companies in the ICT sector. Preferably with a service based business model (SaaS). We are committed to investing in companies where we can assist actively with our expertise in creating value through restructuring / turnaround, growth and development. This is often provided through interim management and / or board positions.
