About Contrasts Oslo

Welcome to About Contrasts - a meeting point in Oslo where timeless tradition meets creative innovation. By day, we serve handmade pastries, featuring Japanese-inspired teas, signature sandos, and Nordic croissant twists. On weekends, we host one of the city’s most vibrant brunches.

As night falls, the energy shifts. The space transforms into a bold bistro and cocktail bar with a menu designed for sharing - from crisp gyoza and tartar to rich sliders and truffle puffs. Whether you are here for a morning brew, a social brunch, or expressive craft cocktails, About Contrasts is built on connection and honest flavors. Experience where East meets West, introduced in a Nordic way.
