Norsk Sveiseteknikk AS Sørlandet, Kristiansand

Norsk Sveiseteknikk AS (NST) was established in 1991 and are today one of very few Norwegian owned companies in the welding supply business. NST represent Nippon Steel & Sumikin Welding in three continents (Europe, America and Asia). Our main products has been seamless cored welding wire (Nittetsu) and ceramic backing for one sided welding. Offshore- and shipyards have been the dominating customers in domestic and foreign markets. The product range has expanded over the last years to cover a growing demand and abundance from the customers. The expansion of the product range consists of complimenting products to the welding industry.
In Norway NST has two branches. One in Tresfjord, and one in Kristiansand. These branches are full suppliers to the
welding business with a diverse range of equipment, such as welding machines, welding supplies, personal protection
gear, gas purge systems and pipe handling equipment.

In autumn 2006 we opened our own warehouse in Norway. This service has been outsourced since the start in 1991.
NST now have full control of its own value chain in Europe.
